Position Overview

• Oversee the sales, staff, merchandising, and branding functions of the store to provide an outstanding customer experience and attain profitability.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain and model high retail merchandising and cleanliness standards set forth by the store.
• Recruit and maintain a quality core staff.
• Evaluate sales trends and build methods for sales growth.
• Demonstrate and enforce company policies, guidelines, values and ethics.
• Lead the onboarding and training of new employees in POS, product knowledge, guest service and sales.
• Maintaining and updating store displays and merchandising areas.

Required Skills/Experience

• 2-4 years of archery retail experience.
• Supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems.
• Computer skills required (inventory management, email, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Possess the desire to offer the highest customer service standards to guests.

We are looking for a creative professional to lead our brand marketing team.  As a designer for the Damon Company you will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of brand materials and campaigns for our brands, specifically Shrewd Outdoors and Shrewd Archery.

Position Overview

• Creative lead and designer on the marketing strategy across all brands.
• Manage a variety of design projects from creative brief to finished output.
• Create visual designs for Shrewd Archery, Keeno Arms, Reeb Gear and the Damon Company.
• Provide art direction for contracted photographers, agencies and vendors.
• Create real time graphics during competitions.
• Creatively help solve business problems.
